Delivery

For UK shipping, delivery is free. We use Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class to ship all of our orders. Your package will aim to be delivered the next working day, including Saturdays.

For international shipping, we charge a delivery rate of £10 and use Royal Mail International Signed. For Europe, you can expect your order within 3 to 5 working days* and worldwide within 5-7 days.

*Signature services to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg have a delivery aim of 3-4 working days.

Tax & Duty

For those of you based outside of the United Kingdom, there might be an additional duty fee. How much that costs depends on your country's own regulations. If this is the case, it's a matter between you and your local customs agency. You are responsible for any duty owed.

Returns

If for any reason you're not happy with your order and would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us via [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will send instructions on what to do next. You'll be asked to return your item(s) in the original condition within 14 days and we will refund you or, if you wish, exchange the item.
