These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website. By accessing our website and/or placing an order with us you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use our website.

We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of our website, or part of it, following such a change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. If you do not agree to any change to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using our website. We reserve the right to change or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, our website, or part of it, without notice to you.

Description

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the description of all products we sell appearing on our website are accurate.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse an order if:

• The product you ordered has become unavailable
• We have been unable to authorise your payment
• We have identified an error in the description or price of the product

Delivery

For UK shipping, delivery is free. We use Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class to ship all of our orders. Your package will aim to be delivered the next working day, including Saturdays.

For international shipping, we charge a delivery rate of £10 and use Royal Mail International Signed. For Europe, you can expect your order within 3 to 5 working days* and worldwide within 5-7 days.

*Signature services to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg have a delivery aim of 3-4 working days.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order you must:

• Do so no longer than 14 days after the date on which you receive the product(s)
• Return the product(s) to us at your cost within 14 days of the cancellation.

If you cancel your order we will reimburse you using the method you used to pay for the product(s) within 14 days after we receive the product(s) back from you.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content on our website belongs to us.

You must not copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, or commercially exploit any of the material and content without our written permission.

The copyright in our products belongs to the artist who originally created it and you must not copy, reproduce, transmit, publish or display, their work without their written permission.

Privacy

We will treat your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice which can be found on our website. Our Privacy Notice also explains how you can stop receiving marketing information from us.

Cookies are small text files which are transferred from our website and stored on your device. We use cookies to help us provide you with a personalised service, and to help make our website and services better for you. We use reasonable efforts to ensure that our website is free from viruses and other malicious or harmful content. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of our website will not cause damage to your computer or other device. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the right antivirus software to use our website safely and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of viruses or other malicious or harmful content that you access from or via our website.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
